Alaina Abadie Long, M.S. CCC-SLP, graduated from Louisiana State University with her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and from Vanderbilt University with her Master’s of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and holds her Georgia Speech-Language Pathology license. Alaina has experience in the private practice, public school, and private school settings, giving her a holistic view of how a child’s communication skills affect their everyday life. Alaina has received additional training in the area of Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC), and it is one of her passions. She also has experience with autism spectrum disorders, articulation/phonology, feeding, and language disorders.
Alaina lives locally with her husband and loves being with family, watching football, and all things Disney. She looks forward to working together with your family to help your child communicate and grow.
