Alaina Abadie, M.S. CCC-SLP, graduated from Louisiana State University with her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and from Vanderbilt University with her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. She is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) and is a member of ASHA’s Special Interest Group for Alternative-Augmentative Communication. She holds her Georgia Speech-Language Pathology license and is a member of the Georgia Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Alaina has experience in the private practice, public, and private school settings with alternative-augmentative communication, autism spectrum disorders, feeding therapy, and a variety of articulation and language disorders. Alaina enjoys running, jogging, and spending time with family. She is passionate about integrating evidence based practice and engaging therapy to make a functional impact in the lives of children and their families.
